Part of a family property is being rented. The house is located near the center of Umag, but in a very peaceful environment. The sea and the center are 5 minutes walking distance. To the first beach (city beach) is 5 minutes walking. To the next is 10 minutes, and to the hotel beaches 20 minutes. There are many cycling paths in the town and surroundings, and bicycles can be rented in several places. Nearby is a seaside promenade, parks for children, and outdoor fitness for adults and children. The city square is nearby, where something often happens and anyone who wants can watch. Near are the shopping centers Lidl, Spar and Konzum, a sports playground, a sports hall, Health Center, bus station and many restaurants.

Payment and notes
Person without a bed 10 Euros per day. Pets /only small size/ are accepted upon request at a price of 6 Euros per day. To confirm the reservation, a 20 % deposit must be paid to the owner's account. A screenshot of the payment should be sent to the owner by email. The remaining amount is paid in cash upon arrival. Stays shorter than 2 days in a room and 5 days in an apartment increase the price by 20 percent. The option to hold a reservation is 24 hours. Arrivals from 14. 00 hours to 19. 00 hours. In case of delay, call the owner or send an SMS. Departure by 10. 00 hours.
