Štefančić Apartments are located in Zadar, Diklo, a place situated about 3km from the city center. Štefančić Apartments are excellently equipped and thus meet almost all requirements. In the house, there are 5 apartments available which are equipped with air conditioning, televisions with satellite systems, and internet. Each apartment has its own parking space next to the house. The attic apartment, with an area of 84 m2 and a terrace of 25m2 with a direct sea view, features three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The apartment is for 4-6 persons. On the ground floor of the house, there are two apartments, each with two separate rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and covered balconies, intended for 4-5 persons. On the first floor, the apartment is very luxuriously equipped, with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace of 30m2, intended for 4-5 persons. On the ground floor, there are two one-bedroom apartments for 2-3 persons with a kitchen, bathroom, and terrace. In the garden of the house, you can enjoy afternoon coffee in the shade or pleasant evenings by the barbecue.
