About this stay
The property is located in a quiet part of the tourist and fishing town of Fažana, 5 minutes' walk from the beach and 10 minutes' walk from the center. The apartments are fully and modernly equipped. Parking is available in front of the house, while at the rear, facing the sea, there is a barbecue and a large wooden table in a beautiful Mediterranean garden for pleasant gatherings with larger groups of guests. Nearby are wonderful seaside promenades, cycling paths, and sports and recreational facilities. Fažana itself has been consistently investing in improving the town and developing tourism-related content in recent years. Guests of all ages recognize this and return gladly. Thus, 80 % of our occupancy rate consists of regular guests. As hosts, we are always available to our guests, providing everything from necessary information to services that ensure a relaxed and carefree vacation for every guest.

Payment and notes
It is necessary to pay a reservation deposit of 30% of the total accommodation cost, with the remaining balance due upon arrival or as agreed. An extra bed costs 10 € for adults and 6 € for children. Check-in time is from 16 hours, and check-out time is until 10 hours. While arrivals and departures on Saturdays are preferred, this is not a requirement. Upon arrival, in addition to the remaining balance, a deposit of 150 Eur will be charged, which will be returned upon the guest's departure provided there is no damage or mess. The guest is obligated to leave the kitchen and bathroom clean. Parking spaces (4) are available in front of the house and cost 6 € per day; however, if no spaces are available, parking will be arranged nearby.
Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation due to illness and similar reasons, 50 % of the deposit will be refunded, or the full amount will be transferred as a reservation for the following year.
