The property is located in a quiet street in Banjole near Pula, Prematura, and Medulin, close to the sea and away from noise. Three spacious and comfortable apartments are located in the house, and there is also a separate garden house. We are located just 200 m from the sea; we have private parking for 3 cars as well as additional parking on a public area near the house if needed. The garden is 500 m2 and the yard is 900 m2. We have 3 grills available, air conditioning, terraces, and balconies available to our guests. There is also a children's playground in the garden. Ideal for a peaceful family holiday near various attractions and amenities.
