Payment and notes
For a reservation, a deposit in the amount of three nights from the total number of nights must be paid to the foreign currency account which we will send after your inquiry and agreement on the reservation. Payment is exclusively in cash or via bank transfer. Arrival time is flexible, i.e., it depends on whether the accommodation unit is already free or if previous guests must check out, in which case you need to wait 2 hours for cleaning, but you can leave your luggage with us if you arrive early. It is customary to check out of the accommodation unit by 11:00, and new guests can check in at 14:00. The paid deposit/security deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation. Any damage to the apartments/rooms caused by the guest will be charged. Apartments and rooms are inspected upon arrival and departure of guests, and any damage will be charged.
