The apartments are located in a quiet part of Brodarica, 150m (a 2 min. walk on a flat street without slopes) from the main pebble beach, alongside which there are many more smaller pebble beaches for more privacy. The house is surrounded by greenery and flowers, and has free shaded parking for guests. The apartments are air-conditioned, each room has its own bathroom, they have a large terrace/balcony with a view of the sea and islands, equipped kitchens, dishwashers, microwave, grill, water heater, wi-fi, and free parking. Doors and windows are protected with mosquito nets. 100m from the apartment is the nearest shop, bakery, fast food, and cafes. Large shopping centers for food, clothing, footwear, etc., are located 2 km from the apartment. At the beach, there is a shaded children's playground, sand volleyball, basketball, outdoor exercise equipment, toilets, showers, jet-ski, and boat rental. The apartment for 4 people has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large terrace with a view of the sea and islands. On the terrace, there are sun loungers and a grill.

Payment and notes
Reservation is made by paying a deposit of 30% of the total amount, to the account number IBAN: HR3323900013102679592, HRVATSKE POŠTANSKE BANKE d. d under the name: Duško Bulat, Ražinska ulica 38, Brodarica, Croatia. The remaining amount is paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment (we do not accept bank cards). Everything is included in the price (air conditioning, parking, tourist tax, wi-fi, final cleaning...), there are no additional costs. We do not accept pets. Arrival time is after 14h, departure time is until 10h.
Cancellation policy
The deposit is returned if the cancellation is made at least 60 days before arrival. If the cancellation is less than 60 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
