About this stay
The apartments are located in a family house on a private grounds of 2000 m2 covered with Mediterranean vegetation, mandarins, oranges, lemons, figs, and olives. Each apartment has a large terrace in the natural shade of grapevines with a table and seating. All apartments are fully furnished and equipped so that you only lack beach and hygiene towels. The natural grass in the shade of an olive tree is suitable for playing small children. All apartments are air-conditioned. A common terrace of 150 m2 with a grill and a table in the natural shade of kiwi is available to guests for potential social gatherings. An outdoor shower and sun loungers are also available. Fenced parking for vehicles for all apartments is provided within the grounds. The nearest beach is located 140 m from the apartments. The famous Kava natural beach is 3 km away from the apartments. At 5 minutes from the apartments is the pier of a tourist boat that connects Slatine with Split and Trogir several times a day.

Payment and notes
After the reservation is made, guests pay a deposit of 30% of the total price of the apartment to the host's bank account within 5 days. The remainder is paid upon arrival. Departure no later than 10 hours and arrival by 14 hours. If guests arrive early, we will welcome them on the common terrace with a drink and an introduction, in the shade of the grapevine, while waiting for the completion of the apartment cleaning.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels the reservation 30 days before arrival, 90% of the paid deposit is refunded. For reservations cancelled 15 days in advance, 50% of the deposit is refunded.
