Four apartments, traditional Mediterranean minimalist architecture, and a spacious outdoor living area with a barbecue, a Mediterranean garden, SUP boards, bicycles, and beach loungers... all utilities... everything is included in the offer. Spend your vacation in a place where you can enjoy nature while preparing meals with extra virgin olive oil from the garden. Below the house is a small beach perfect for relaxation and swimming, and next to the beach is the Key Largo Sessa speedboat with a 60 hp engine, available for rent, allowing you to take a relaxing trip to nearby islets and bays—a wonderful experience. There are four parking spaces, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The fully equipped apartments Badija/4+2/, Majsan/4+2/, Sutvara/4+2/, and Vrnik/2+2/ offer beautiful sea views, while the surrounding gardens create an ideal space for daily living. The interior design is calm, soothing, and simple—making you feel right at home here on Korčula.

Payment and notes
When booking the apartment, a deposit of at least 20% of the total price must be paid. Guests can pay the remaining amount in cash /in euros or kuna/ upon arrival at our accommodation facility.
Cancellation policy
In the event of force majeure and the impact of the coronavirus, and if the guest is then unable to arrive at the apartment, the entire deposit will be refunded.
