The distance from the center of Novalja is 2 km. The shop and bakery are 400 meters away, and the restaurants are 250 meters away. Kuča is located in a quiet place at the end of the street.

Payment and notes
Upon confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 100 € is required; payment for the entire reserved period is made upon arrival, and in case of early departure, we do not refund the paid amount. The tourist tax is included in the apartment price. For every reservation, we charge a one-time final cleaning fee of 50 €. Arrival and departure times are prescribed by the general terms: check-in to the apartment at 14 hours, check-out by 10 hours; any early check-in can be arranged upon arrival. We prefer families; WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AND GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE.
Cancellation policy
The deposit serves to ensure the reserved period for the guest and to guarantee the guest's arrival for the landlord; if the guest cancels the reservation, there is no refund of the deposit.
