Šimić Apartments are located in the central part of Tučepi, 30 meters from the beach. Each apartment features: a private entrance, balcony, air conditioning, satellite TV, parking, and WLAN internet. Since we also live in the house, we are available to you 24 hours a day. The price includes the tourist tax, WLAN internet, apartment cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, and a parking space on the premises. Payment and notes
Upon a guest's inquiry about a specific accommodation, we send a response as soon as possible, including a complete description of the accommodation unit and photos so that every guest can see exactly what they will receive. At the time of final agreement, the guest is required to pay a deposit to our account in the amount of 10% or the value of the stay for 1 days as a guarantee of the reservation and arrival. On the day of departure, the guest is required to vacate the accommodation no later than 10 hours and may check in after 12 hours.
