About this stay
The house is located in a quiet part of the city, 240 meters from the sea and less than 5 minutes' walk from the city center. The apartments are equipped with all necessary amenities and appliances to ensure our guests a comfortable and pleasant holiday experience at our residence. All apartments are air-conditioned and have their own Wi-Fi network. Parking is available directly in front of the house, and guests are welcome to use the family barbecue if they wish.

Payment and notes
The condition for making a reservation is the payment of a deposit amounting to 30% of the total price, while the remaining amount can be paid directly upon arrival. Upon receipt of the payment or presentation of a copy of the payment, the desired date is entered into the guest book, thereby confirming the reservation. As proof of the reservation, we send the guest a voucher with all necessary information. Check-in for new guests is possible between 14:00 and 22:00 hours, while check-out is no later than 10:00 hours.
Cancellation policy
The host guarantees a full refund of the deposit, but only within a period of no later than 5 weeks before the agreed arrival date.
