TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION, YOU NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT IN THE AMOUNT OF 30 % OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT, AND THE REMAINING BALANCE IS PAID IN CASH IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL AT THE APARTMENT. DEPOSIT IN CASE OF DAMAGE - 100 EUR, PAYABLE IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL; THE MONEY WILL BE RETURNED UPON DEPARTURE IF THERE IS NO DAMAGE. HOUSE RULES: 1. Check-in is after 15.00 hours (early arrival is possible if the apartment is ready); 2. Upon check-in, please present your ID card or passport; 3. Lock the door, turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment; 4. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; 5. Destruction of equipment and furniture is prohibited; in case of damage, the buyer bears the cost; 6. Making noise is prohibited from 14 to 17 hours and 23 hours; 7. Taking equipment (towels, blankets, etc.) out of the apartment is prohibited; 8. Leave the apartment clean and tidy before check-out; 9. Please depart the apartment before 09:00 hours; 10. Please pay a deposit in case of damage - 100 euros, which will be returned to you upon departure after an inspection of the apartment.
Cancellation policy
IF YOU CANCEL MORE THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE, A REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT IS POSSIBLE. CANCELLATION WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL DATE IS NOT POSSIBLE.
