About this stay
Ideal location of the property in Umag, on Punta, with 5 apartments in a private house, 3 minutes' walk from the sea and beaches. All apartments (approx. 55 m2) are modernly equipped, clean and bright, featuring a kitchen (induction hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle...), a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and towels (2 per person, changed weekly), and a furnished terrace where smoking is permitted. The rooms have double beds, and the linens are changed weekly. Parking, WI-FI 5G, air conditioning, and a safe are included in the price. Pets (small dogs) are welcome for an additional fee of 10€ per day. Shops, a bakery, restaurants, and the ATP stadium are 200m away. The center of Umag is 1500 m away along an exclusive seaside promenade. Sports courts (tennis, padel) and water sports are 3 minutes' walk away. The property is located in a quiet area, away from the road at the end of a dead-end street, and we prefer families and married couples. We do not accept reservations for groups of young people. We offer excellent quality for the price of our service.

Payment and notes
When making a reservation, you need to pay an advance payment of 30% of the total accommodation cost to our bank account. The remaining amount is payable in cash upon arrival at the apartment. Upon arrival, we will collect a 100€ deposit, which we will return upon departure if everything is in order with the apartment. Check-in time at the apartment is strictly from 13:00 - 22:00. Check-out time is by 10:00. The tourist tax is included in the price. Pets (dogs) are welcome for an additional fee of 10€ per day. If the stay lasts longer than 10 days, we will reduce the price. An extra bed costs 20 € per person per night. The additional laundry service costs 10€. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us, preferably via WhatsApp.
Cancellation policy
The deposit serves as confirmation for the guest that the landlord is holding the reserved apartment for the specified period. Cancellation of reservations is possible up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. Otherwise, we will retain the full deposit amount.
