Holiday home in Rovinj, an Istrian town with beautiful natural landscapes. Comfortable apartments with private entrances, terraces, and courtyard parking. Our holiday home is located about 10 minutes' walk from the town center and the nearest beach (Lone Bay, Hotel Eden). The beautiful beaches in the Zlatni Rt forest park are 10 to 20 minutes' walk away (mostly through the park). Discounts of up to 30% may be available for stays longer than 7 nights and for stays with no remaining short unoccupied periods before or after them.

Payment and notes
A surcharge for each additional person amounts to 12€ to 25€ per night (depending on the season). Pet surcharge: 10€ per night. For stays longer than 7 nights, and for stays with no remaining short unoccupied periods before or after them, discounts of up to 30% may be available. Discounts explicitly advertised in the listing are valid only if you book the entire period to which the advertised discount applies. In the case of booking a shorter period, the discount will be smaller or non-existent. For stays shorter than 7 nights, we charge a premium on the price (except in exceptional cases, e.g., when the length of stay is limited by apartment availability): 1 night 100%; 2 nights 75%; 3 nights 50%; 4 nights 35%; 5 nights 20%; 6 nights 10%. To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required, but not less than the rental price for three nights. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival or by agreement. VAT is included in the price.
Cancellation policy
If your trip becomes impossible due to general Covid-19 restrictions, you may receive a refund of the deposit (reduced by the transaction fee), or you may choose to keep the full amount as a credit note for your next visit. On the other hand, if you cancel your trip for any other reason, the cancellation fees are limited to the amount of the deposit. If we receive another booking, we will refund your deposit, minus our costs (up to a maximum of 50 EUR) and any potential loss. The loss depends on the new booking and corresponds to the difference between your total price and the price we secure from the new booking. After that, we can transfer the amount to you (to your account), or it may remain as your credit note.
