About this stay
A house with two apartments and an outdoor heated pool, used by guests of both apartments, 150m from the sea: The small weekend settlement of Kanica is located 10km from Rogoznica, 20km from Trogir, 3/30 km from Šibenik... the nearest pebble beach is at 150m (restaurant and bar by the beach), and the entire peninsula within a radius of less than 500 m is uninhabited. Beautiful beaches, clean sea and nature. A shop is 3 km away, and in the morning around 8am, a van with basic groceries (bread, milk, fruit, vegetables) arrives in front of the house. Parking and a grill are available for guests next to the house. The house has two separate two-bedroom apartments (one on the ground floor for 5 persons, and another on the first floor for 6 persons), each with an enclosed area of 48m2 with terraces of 20m2. Each apartment has one (1) parking space.

Payment and notes
Upon reservation, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total price of the stay, and the remainder can be paid directly upon arrival at the apartment or via bank transfer up to the day of arrival. Check-in is after 4pm, and check-out is by 10am. Arrivals and departures are on Saturdays or Sundays. Early arrival or late departure depends on other guests and is arranged individually. Cleaning is not charged separately if guests leave the apartment as they received it. The deposit for an uncleaned apartment is 100€. The deposit for any damage is 100€. Pets are not allowed.
