A house completely renovated both externally and internally in 2021, featuring modernly furnished apartments. The house contains two studio apartments for up to four people and two apartments for up to five people. All apartments offer sea views from their terraces, which also have sea views. On the ground floor of the house is the owner's apartment, who is available at any time to answer any questions. The house is located in a quiet part of the town, on the first line to the sea, with a well-maintained beach in front of it. Behind the house, in the courtyard, there is parking for guests. It is a 5-minute walk to the town center, as well as to the first shop. Nearby is NP Paklenica.

Payment and notes
Reservations can be made via mobile phone, SMS message, WhatsApp message, call, or email address. The deposit amounts to 30% of the total amount that the guest pays into the apartment owner's account. The guest's arrival time is from 14 hours (there is an option for the guest to arrive earlier). The guest's departure time is by 11 hours.
Cancellation policy
The guest may cancel the reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date.
