House 15 m by the sea 70 km north of DUBROVNIK, the pebbled beach is 1 minutes' walk from the house, a grocery store /bread, milk, etc./ is only 50 m from the house, a children's playground 50 m etc. All apartments have terraces facing the sea /tables and chairs/ with sea views and sunset views. The apartments are fully and modernly furnished, air-conditioned, with free WIFI internet, flat SAT TV, a parking space or garage for a car, an open grill area and a courtyard. The apartments include: a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living area with an extra bed, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet (washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen and towels). For longer apartment rentals, we offer a discount /reservations 14 days discount 5%/ and for 3 weeks a discount of 10%. Clean bed linen is delivered after 7 days. Payment and notes
The rental price includes WIFI, a parking space or enclosed garage, air conditioning, and bed linen, which we change every 7 days; laundry machine use is available by agreement. All apartments are air-conditioned and include WIFI and SAT TV. After confirming your reservation, we require an advance payment to the bank account in the amount of 20%; once paid, your reservation becomes secure, with the remaining balance due upon your arrival. Preferred arrival time is from 15:00, and departure is at 09, 00:00. The tourist tax for an adult is 1. 60 EUR per day, and for children aged 12 to 18 years, it is 0, 90 eur; children under 12 years old do not pay. Arrival time is from 15:00. Cancellation policy
We require advance payment of a deposit to the bank account at 20%, or via PayPal. The total rental amount is payable on the day of arrival at the apartment or by transfer to the bank account. In the event of a justified reason 14 days prior to arrival at the apartment, we will refund you 50% of the paid deposit, along with the bank fees to your bank account, or you may choose an alternative date for your stay. If you cancel your reservation 14 days before your arrival, we will retain the full deposit.
