About this stay
Modernly equipped apartments at 350 meters above sea level in a peaceful village in Mundanije on the island of Rab, known as Šćerbi. The property is approximately 2 - 3 km from the sea, the center, and all other important locations, which is about 10 minutes by car. The property's location offers a beautiful view from all terraces and balconies of the entire island and a large part of the Kvarner Bay. The tranquility and relatively low traffic of our village offer a perfect and relaxing holiday surrounded by nature and wonderful summer sunshine. Adjacent to the house is a large parking lot, and behind the house there is a beautifully designed swimming pool and a sunbathing area next to it.

Payment and notes
Payment for the rental is due on the first day of the tourist's arrival at the accommodation unit. A deposit is paid upon booking the accommodation unit. The deposit amount is agreed upon via email. Check-in and check-out days are only on Saturdays, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. Check-in time is from 15:00 h to 23:00 h, and check-out time is until 10:00 h. For each additional person beyond the normal capacity of the accommodation unit, the price is 15 EUR. A cleaning fee of 70 EUR (one-time per booking) is also charged. The presence of pets in the accommodation units (dogs, cats...) is charged at 15 EUR per pet per night.
