About this stay
In the new part of the fishing village of Maslinica, the house Saskinjo is located directly next to a beautiful pebble beach, featuring 4 beautifully furnished apartments with large terraces—partly for sunbathing, partly in the shade of pine trees—all oriented to the west with stunning views of the sea and the islets off Maslinica. Each apartment has a terrace from which you can experience the most beautiful sunsets on the island. Adjacent to the house is a courtyard with parking spaces in the shade of pine trees. Guests also have access to a barbecue in the garden. The town center, with a market, taverns, a pizzeria, and restaurants—some of which are high-end (the restaurant in the Martinis Marchi castle offers not only famous Croatian wines but also top-quality wines from around the world)—is just a fifteen-minute leisurely walk along the coast. If you want to be alone, swim or kayak to the islets of Saskinjo or Polebrnjak, which are only about 15 minutes from the beach. For those who prefer sand, a sandy beach is located in the neighboring cove.

Payment and notes
Final cleaning: 45 € for apartments AP1 until AP4. Payment of 30% amount upon booking, the remainder upon arrival. Tourist tax: included in the price. For persons without children of school age, as well as for retirees, we recommend the pre-season and off-season, when temperatures are milder, the beach is half-empty, and the place is quieter. For one or two people, we have favorable prices in May and October.
Cancellation policy
We recommend arranging insurance in case you need to cancel your trip, as if you cancel within the last 4 weeks before the start of your vacation, the owner is entitled to an amount equal to 80% of the agreed price. If we manage to fill the canceled booking, we will retain only 10% of the agreed amount. If you cancel before the period of 4 weeks, we will retain the deposit, i.e., 30% of the agreed amount.
