The new and modernly equipped Sara Apartments are located in a quiet area, just 200m from the strict city center of Crikvenica. Thanks to their excellent location, all city amenities are within a 5-10 minute walk (beaches, restaurants, bars, shops...). The two studio apartments on the ground floor of the building are spread over two levels: the lower part features a spacious living room, a kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom with a shower, while the bedroom with a double bed is located on the mezzanine. The remaining two studio apartments on the first floor each contain 3 beds, a kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom with a shower. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, and WLAN internet, while the kitchens are fitted with cooking hobs, a refrigerator, a kettle, and all necessary tableware for preparing and serving meals.

Payment and notes
The stated prices refer to the daily rental based on the number of standard beds in each apartment (2 or 3 people) and do not include the use of air conditioning. The use of air conditioning is charged additionally at 5 EUR per day. The daily apartment rental includes the tourist tax, electricity and water consumption, bed linen, towels, tableware and cooking utensils, as well as cleaning upon the guest's departure. Check-in after 14:00 hours, and check-out by 10:00 hours in the morning.
