They are rented with use of the pool and without use of the pool, so the rental price depends on that.

Payment and notes
It is necessary to pay a deposit in the amount of approx. 30% of the total rental amount for stays of 7 or more days, or 40-50% for guest stays of 3 or fewer days, with the remaining part paid upon arrival. The apartment can be used from 14h on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10h on the day of departure.
