About this stay
The family house is located in a quiet part of town, bordering Punta Rožica Beach, with first-row access to the sea. The distance to the beach is 10 meters. Suitable for families with children. The beach is also suitable for non-swimmers. Available for rent are the 1 and 2 floors. We live on the ground floor, which is not for rent. We have 6 apartments and one double room with a bathroom and a separate kitchen. Nearby there is a market, fast food, and restaurants—all within a 200-meter radius. Parking is provided on-site. Pets are allowed in certain accommodation units for an additional fee of 5 euros per day.

The deposit amounts to 30 percent of the total reservation amount. It is paid to a bank account. Arrival time is from 13 hours and departure time is until 10 hours in the morning.
Cancellation policy
The deposit will be refunded if borders are closed due to the covid pandemic.
