About this stay
The house is located in the most beautiful part of the town of Hvar, in Podstine bay. The bay is situated in a peaceful landscape surrounded by pines and cypresses (the residence of the president of the republic is also located in our bay). We are 15 minutes walking distance from the town center through a beautiful area of the town (where hotels, a central beach with many different facilities, and a lovely pine forest are located). Below our house is a beach (the house is in the immediate vicinity of the sea) which can be reached through our garden. Near the house is the lovely small Hotel Podstine, which offers the opportunity to consume various culinary specialties, use pools, saunas... Also nearby, there is a diving center and tennis courts. A self-service grocery store is located 5 min away from us.

Payment and notes
Payment is made upon arrival or before departure (by agreement), and a deposit of 20% of your total bill is paid at the time of booking to the bank account that I will provide to you. An extra bed is charged at 15€ per person.
