The apartments are fully equipped, each with separate balconies and terraces, private entrances, a garden, and secured parking. Payment and notes
To confirm your apartment reservation, you need to pay 50% of the full price for your accommodation period to our bank account details. Upon receipt of your payment, the apartment will be reserved exclusively for you at the agreed-upon exact time. This amount is non-refundable in the event of a later cancellation of the reservation by you. Upon arrival at the apartment and check-in, you will pay the remaining balance of the full accommodation price, as well as any additional charges. In the event of damage during your stay in the apartment, we reserve the right to retain the full security deposit or a portion thereof to cover any damage caused to the apartment. Guests are requested to leave the apartment in generally tidy and clean condition. Check-in is from 13:30, and check-out is no later than 9:30.
