The apartments are located in a weekend settlement known as Sabunike, in an area that belongs to the town of Nin. It is a peaceful village that has everything you need in a small center, 500 meters away, with a long promenade bordered by pine trees. The promenade and a quiet road lead to Kraljičina Beach, which stretches from Privlaka all the way to the town of Nin and is known as one of the 20 most beautiful beaches in the world. I warmly recommend taking a walk along the sandy beach to the town of Nin and taking advantage of the medicinal properties of the black mud, which is widely renowned in our region. The area features a mini amusement park for children, as well as sports fields for football and volleyball. The famous Coyote Bar offers you the opportunity to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening beer while enjoying a stunning view of the bay, the surrounding areas, and on a clear day, even the island of Pag. The place is ideal for families with young children, as the beach has shallow areas and natural children's pools where you can let your little ones carefree enjoy the magic of summer and build sandcastles.

Payment and notes
The deposit upon reservation is 100Eur, while the remaining amount is paid upon arrival at the accommodation. A parking space, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and taxes, as well as the use of the washing machine, are included in the apartment's price. Check-in from 15:00 h, check-out until 10:00 h in the morning.
Cancellation policy
Should the decision of the Croatian government or the government of the country you are coming from differ negatively from the one in effect at the time of your apartment reservation, the deposit amount will be fully refunded.
