About this stay
The house is located on a hill with a beautiful view of the island of Brač, the Makarska Riviera, and Split. It consists of 5 apartments that use a shared pool and a shared BBQ. All apartments are modern and well-equipped. They have air conditioning and SAT-TV. Parking is located directly in front of the house. Since the house is on a hill, the beach is reached by stairs. Near the house, there are 3 restaurants and 3 shops. Omis is only 5 km from our house, where you can find more shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, a children's playground, a large pebble beach, and a large sandy beach.

Cancellation policy
A deposit of 30 % is paid upon reservation. In case of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded. After 60 days before arrival, the deposit is retained. The remaining amount can be paid 7 days before arrival via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. In case of no-show, the guest is obliged to pay the full amount of the reservation.
