This family house with four apartments is located in a quiet part of the town of Novigrad, 300m from the sea and a beach surrounded by a beautiful pine forest. The four apartments in the house are equipped to ensure a relaxing holiday and to provide guests with comfort, peace, and pleasure. All apartments are located on the ground floor, have a separate entrance, and have their own private terrace where you can enjoy warm summer evenings. The apartments accommodate two to four people, from the Studio, Kiwi, and Oliva apartments for two people to the Jasmin apartment for four people. All apartments feature an equipped kitchen, are air-conditioned, have satellite TV, and high-quality free WIFI. All apartments also have central heating and are suitable for weekend relaxation, seaside walks, or cycling on organized cycling paths throughout the year. Pets are not allowed.
