Villa Renata is located in the beautiful place of Povlja on the island of Brac. We have 4 beautiful apartments available. Each apartment has its own theme and content. Whether you want to enjoy nature on the terrace, enjoy a barbecue with your family and friends, or simply want to enjoy the beautiful sea view from your apartment, all of this is possible in Villa Renata. Povlja is a peaceful place known for its calm surroundings. Many families with children spend their annual holidays in Povlja. The nearest beach is just 150m from our apartments located in Ticija Luka, and two others are on the waterfront in Povlja and are about 500 m away. Is Povlja too small for you? Don't worry, Brac has much more to offer. From discovering the beautiful nature of the island to adventurous activities in Bol, of course, you will also want to visit the famous Zlatni Rat beach. Payment and notes

We expect guests to read the house rules and adhere to them to ensure a pleasant stay in Villa Renata for themselves as well as for other guests. Guests can check into the apartment from 14h and must check out on the last day of their stay before 10h. Guests must present an ID card or passport to the Villa Renata staff immediately upon arrival for registration in the Croatian Tourist System. You must pay the agreed amount in cash upon arrival. The currency we accept is EUR. The deposit amount is 40 % of the agreed price. Do not park vehicles in the parking lot next to Villa Renata. That is a private property of another facility. A parking space located 70m from the property is provided for all our guests.
