About this stay
The apartments are located in a family house, in a quiet part of Sukošan, 60 m from the sea, and a 15-minute walk from the center. Guests have at their disposal two spacious two-room apartments with sea views and a private entrance. Each apartment is fully and modernly equipped with air conditioning, SAT/TV, and Wi-Fi internet. Parking is provided for each apartment, and guests can also use the barbecue. Nearby there is an open playground with facilities for children, a basketball court, and a beach volleyball court. Payment and notes
The guest arrives at the apartment by 14 o’clock and leaves it by 10 o’clock. The guest pays 30 % as a deposit of the total price, with the remaining amount due upon arrival. The tourist tax is included in the price.
Cancellation policy
We will refund the deposit if the guest cancels the reservation 2 months before the booked arrival date. The guest is responsible for the return costs.
