About this stay
We rent out four accommodation units in a family house located in the southeastern part of the old town center, in a quiet and attractive area. Flexible layouts and amenities allow for combined use of the accommodation units. All apartments, as well as the room, have a terrace or balcony with a beautiful view of the city and the sea, are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, and provide access to wireless internet. Guests have access to parking space and a courtyard barbecue, and can use the garage on the ground floor of the building for secure bicycle storage, all at no extra charge. A washing machine and ironing equipment are available upon request, also free of charge. The city center and beaches are 5 to 10 minutes' walk away, while shops are 3 minutes away. In the nearby pine forest there is a recreational area equipped with various fitness equipment.

Payment and notes
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% must be paid, with the remaining balance due on-site during your stay. Guests are required to vacate the apartment by 10 at the latest. Check-in is typically after 14 or by prior arrangement. There is no time limit for late arrivals.
Cancellation policy
The deposit will be refunded in the event of force majeure.
