About this stay

We are located in the Kumenat settlement - a tourist settlement with private villas, in a forested and peaceful part of the city, perfect for a family holiday far from crowds, noise, and bustle. The settlement has its own pebble beach, while the Soline sandy beach is about 500 meters away. There is also a grocery store in the settlement. Although we are away from the city center, thanks to the well-maintained promenade along the seashore, you can reach the waterfront in just 15 minutes. Our apartments are fully equipped. The house is surrounded by a landscaped garden with greenery and flowers. Free Wi-Fi. An outdoor stone grill is available to guests. Free parking is provided in the courtyard.
