Accommodation in newly built, extremely comfortable and top-equipped apartments. The property is located 3 km from the center of Omiš. A total of eight apartments, situated on the first line to the sea. All apartments have large terraces with a view of the sea and the island of Brač. Parking spaces right next to the villa. The apartments are located below the main road ( 300 meters ), right next to the sea and a large pebble beach. There are four types of apartments, -- type 2+ 2 with a separate double bedroom and a living room with two beds, -- then type 2 +2 large studio apartments, -- large lux. apartments, type 4+2, with two double bedrooms and a large living room with two pull-out beds and-- large de luxe apartment, type 14+ 2, actually a three-story villa, with an area of 300m2, with a 9x4 meter heated pool, with seven double bedrooms, two large living rooms with balconies and terraces, four bathrooms, separate toilet, outdoor BBQ, sauna and gym etc. The pool is exclusively for use by apartment A 14+2. Not for the other apartments.

Payment and notes
Payment: 20% deposit upon reservation, the remaining 80% is paid upon arrival at the apartment in cash. The deposit is paid directly to the owner's account. Ideal arrival time at the apartment is after 15 hours, while the ideal departure time is by 10 hours. The villa with a pool (large apartment type A 14+2) is a separate building. All other apartments (type A 2+2, Studio +2, and A 4+2) are located in another separate building, which is 6 meters away from the villa with the pool. Arrival time at the villa with the pool (large apartment type A 14+2) is after 16 hours, while the ideal departure time is by 10 hours. Arrival time for other apartments is after 15 hours, while the ideal departure time is by 10 hours. We also have our own pier for mooring vessels (speedboats, boats and other vessels), located right in front of the apartments.
