Payment and notes
The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a deposit amounting to 30 % of the total accommodation price. Once the deposit payment is visible, the booking is considered confirmed. The remaining amount is payable on the day of arrival at the apartment via online banking or in cash. On the day of arrival, access to the apartment is possible after 15 h, and on the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 10 h. For stays shorter than 2 days, the price is increased by 30% Pets are allowed only upon request, and an additional fee may apply. We will send a written confirmation of the reservation (voucher).
Cancellation policy
By canceling the booking 90 days or more before arrival, the landlord will fully refund the deposit. By canceling the booking between 60 and 90 days before arrival, the landlord will refund 50% of the deposit. By canceling the booking 60 days or less before arrival, the landlord will retain the entire deposit.
