Payment and notes
Payment is made by paying 30% as a deposit in advance, with the remaining balance due upon arrival. The deposit is non-refundable. The only option is to postpone/change the reserved date if agreed upon with the apartment owner no later than 2 months before arrival. The owner reserves the right to change prices at least 90 days before the scheduled arrival. Check-in is at 14 h, and check-out is at 10 h. Flexible arrival/departure times can be arranged. The apartment is rented on a weekly basis (1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks...).
