Air conditioning is included in the price. Prices are for two people, with an additional fee for a third person. Prices apply to a minimum stay of three nights; for one or two nights, the price is increased by 20%. Laundry services can be used once every 7 days and cost 7€ per wash. After making a reservation, the guest must pay a deposit of 20%. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Check-out time is at 10:00. The guest may enter the apartment at 13:00.
