Payment and notes
To confirm the reservation, a payment of 30% of the total accommodation amount must be made. The deposit is non-refundable. Then, 30 days before arrival at the apartment, the remaining 70% + tourist tax must be paid. If the reservation is paid within 30 days, then 100% for the apartment + tourist tax is paid. The introduced self check-in requires: A security deposit of 100 eur which is paid via transaction 14-7 days before arrival and is returned after check-out if there is no damage to the property's contents. For E-visitor registration, the guest must send the details of all guests staying in the property in advance.
