Payment and notes
Arrival time from 15 hours. Departure time until 10 hours. Payment in full up to three days after reservation to the owner's bank account. Upon departure, the guest is obliged to leave the apartment in the same condition as upon arrival; otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the payment (deposit) is fully refunded. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days before arrival, there is no refund of the payment (deposit).
