Villa Perla is located in a quiet part of Rogoznica, 100 m from the beach and 500 m from the center. Each apartment is spacious, comfortably furnished, approx. 70 m2 and contains two rooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. In front of the house is a large parking area in the shade of olive trees. A spacious yard and garden with various Mediterranean plants and flowers, outdoor showers, a grill, and a beautiful authentic stone cottage allow for a perfect holiday and an escape from everyday life. The nearest beach is in the bay and is partly sandy and partly rocky with a small Beach Bar. Rogoznica is also known for Marina Frapi where various types of entertainment, sports, tennis, diving, pools, restaurants, cafes and a casino can be found. The property offers bicycles for use as there are beautiful cycling paths and panoramas in the area. The owners also offer a short day trip by boat to nearby islands.
