PAVE Apartments are located in a new and modern house. The property features 2 air-conditioned apartments on the upper floor of the house. Both apartments are fully equipped and furnished. Each apartment has a covered terrace, a living area with a kitchen featuring a sofa, a bathroom, a bedroom, and an outdoor shower. The apartments are in the center of Pirovac, a few minutes' walk from the main Lolić Beach, in a quiet location away from traffic and noise. The beach has plenty of shade, making it ideal for families with young children. Within a 100m radius of the apartments, you will find a shop, market, fish market, post office, restaurant, ATM, clinic, pharmacy, sports fields (football, basketball), and various children's facilities. At the end of Pirovac Bay, there is medicinal mud that is primarily used for treating rheumatic and other ailments, as well as for cosmetic purposes. Near Pirovac are two national parks – NP Kornati, NP Krka, and PP Vransko Jezero.

Payment and notes
To make a reservation, you must pay a deposit equal to 30% of the apartment's rental price, with the remaining balance due in cash upon arrival, before entering the apartment. The reservation is considered confirmed once the deposit has been paid. Free parking – for private cars only. CANCELLATION POLICY: The reservation can be cancelled no later than 60 days before the booked date, with a full refund of the deposit – Up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund of the deposit – Less than 30 days before arrival, no refund of the deposit will be issued. Check-in to the apartment is after 12:00, and check-out is by 9:00. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax and air conditioning usage are included in the price.
