About this stay
The house is located in a quiet residential area of Funtana. Two apartments are situated on the ground floor of a family home and feature a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a barbecue and a covered veranda with a wooden garden set, where guests can spend their time when not at the beach. The apartments are modernly equipped and consist of one bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, a living room with a sofa bed for one to two extra people, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave oven, refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, and kettle, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a covered terrace with garden furniture. Guests staying 1 or 2 nights pay an additional 30% - Bed linen is changed weekly, towels every three days or upon guest request. Air conditioning and WI-FI, as well as a covered parking space, are included in the price.

Payment and notes
Payment is made in cash. For a fixed confirmed reservation, guests are requested to pay a deposit equivalent to two nights' stay into our account. The remaining amount is payable in cash in euros upon arrival.
