About this stay
Zlata Apartments are located in the immediate vicinity of the town of Rab, in a peaceful area of the island called Palit, at an attractive location below the Komrčar city park and in close proximity to the city bathing area. From there, taxi boats can take you to the Frkanje peninsula with many beautiful and intimate Mediterranean beaches and bays, which is why it is also called the Island of Love. A seaside promenade allows you to reach the old town as well as the new part of the town in 10 minutes. We have more than 30 years of experience in apartment rentals. We look forward to welcoming every tourist. Most of the house is the handmade work of the owner himself, who paid special attention to stone details (exterior walls of the house, a well, etc.). The large terraces with a view of the manicured greenery of the garden are also special. There is a parking space in the courtyard of the house that can be closed off.

Payment and notes
Payment in cash or by bank transfer upon arrival at the house. To finalize the reservation, it is necessary to pay 30% of the invoice amount to the owner's bank account. Negotiation is possible. - Arrival time is from 14 hours onwards on the day of arrival (earlier is possible by arrangement with the owner), and departure time is until 10 hours on the day of departure.
Cancellation policy
Refund of the paid deposit for cancellations within 30 days.
