Dear guests, we offer apartments or an entire house with two apartments featuring a stone facade, located in the first row to the sea, just 20 meters from the sea and 100 meters from Caska Beach. Caska Beach is ideal for families with children as it is a sandy beach. Right in front of the house is a promenade leading to Zrće Beach, a 15-minute walk away. Additionally, the apartment is only 10 km from the famous Life trekking trail from Mars to Metajna. The center of Novalja is 3 km away, and the first shops are 1,5 km away. The apartments have a beautiful view of Caska Bay. We have private parking. Caska Bay and the village of Caska are known for the ancient submerged Roman city of Cissi. The village of Caska is rich in archaeological findings, some of which were discovered right on our property, where the house with apartments is also located. We found one of the most renowned archaeological artifacts, which we handed over to the city museum in Novalja—a Roman altar (ara) dedicated to Egyptian-Greek deities. The altar was erected by the powerful Roman matron Calpurnia (daughter of Lucius Piso and granddaughter of Gnaeus Piso) in the 1 century.

Payment and notes
Dear Sir/Madam, following the agreement on the booking date, we kindly request the 30% deposit for the 100% reservation. Check-in to the apartment is from 14 hours, and check-out on the departure day is until 10 hours. Many arrangements regarding check-in and check-out from the apartment can be made.
Cancellation policy
A deposit refund is possible if you notify us one month before your booking date. For all other matters regarding deposit refunds, we will arrange them individually.
