About this stay
Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and hygiene measures are currently in place. Fully equipped, air-conditioned apartments with a pool in a quiet part of Vinišće. Less than 5 minutes' walk from the beach and the town center, restaurants, and cafes. We offer: private enclosed parking, a pool, a large garden for adults and children to socialize, a barbecue, an outdoor shower, Wi-Fi inside the house and in the garden, and bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Your hosts can help you prepare lunch or dinner on the barbecue (fish, octopus, shrimp, squid, shellfish). We can also organize boat trips to nearby islands and coves for you.

Payment and notes
Payment is due upon arrival, with a deposit of 20% to be paid after booking the accommodation. NOTE: Small pets (up to 5kg) are allowed upon notification and agreement at the time of booking, and the pet fee per day of stay is 5 euros. The ideal check-in time for your apartment is after 15h in the afternoon, but earlier check-in is possible upon prior arrangement. The ideal check-out time from your apartment on the last day of your stay is by 10h in the morning, but this can be extended by agreement with the host.
Cancellation policy
The deposit is non-refundable and serves as a guarantee of the guest's arrival within the specified period.
