About this stay
The apartments are located on the first floor of a house on a hill with a beautiful view of the entire Kvarner Gulf. Located just a 5-minute walk from the sea, it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Njivice. There are five apartments spread across three floors of the house, each with its own parking space. The biggest highlight of the house is its large grassy yard, where your children can play carefree while you prepare the barbecue. Apartment Vista is exceptionally spacious and, as its name suggests, will provide you with enjoyment of a unique sea view on a large covered terrace. The living room and kitchen span about fifty square meters in soft pink-grey tones, and each room has its own color scheme with its own bathroom. Apartment Oliva has a smaller terrace accessible from the room, featuring a simple and modern design. Guests have free wireless internet access as well as free air conditioning available.

Payment and notes
The tourist tax is included in the price. Reservation by phone or email. The reservation is valid only after payment of a deposit, which amounts to 30 percent of the total amount. The remainder is paid upon arrival. An extra bed costs 15 euros. Check out: until 10h, check in: after 16h.
