Modern, richly furnished apartments in a family home in a very quiet part of Malinska. The house is located near the town center, just 5 minutes from the city market and town center. Along the coast in Malinska, from the very center, stretch well-maintained and equipped bathing areas; pebbled and sandy beaches, suitable for young children, or secluded coves for relaxation; everyone has a choice. All our apartments are designed for 4 people (upon request and 5. people). They feature a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, toilet, hallway, and a balcony or terrace. The ground-floor apartments have access to a garden, while the first-floor apartments have a large balcony with sea views. The garden includes a barbecue and a gazebo that can be used. All apartments have secured parking for all guests. The first-floor apartments are equipped with air conditioning, as is apartment ID 3470 on the ground floor. All apartments have an LCD SAT TV and free Wi-Fi. The ground-floor apartments have dishwashers. A washing machine is available upon request for an additional fee.
