About this stay
Oleandra Apartments are located in the center of the tourist town of Mandre on the island of Pag, in a quiet street just 60 meters from the nearest beach. We have a spacious parking lot for up to 10 vehicles, which is free for our guests. Since 2025, we have held the Local Host label—a host designation whose offerings combine traditional Croatian hospitality, preserved local customs, and responsible business practices toward the environment and community, thereby offering guests a unique authentic experience of family-run accommodation that has been present in Croatia for decades.

Payment and notes
The apartment price includes: air conditioning use, a fully equipped kitchen and rooms, bed linen, wireless internet, parking, and the tourist tax. Detergents are not included. Upon arrival, check-in to the apartment is possible from 14:00, and upon departure, please vacate the apartment by 09:00. The reservation is considered valid after payment of a deposit of 20% of the total amount. You can pay the deposit to our bank account (you will be responsible for all bank fees). The remaining amount is payable in cash upon arrival. We will notify you by email upon receipt of the deposit.
Cancellation policy
Down payment refund policy: cancellation of the reservation 60 or more days before the check-in date – refund of 100% amount; cancellation within 60 to 30 days before the check-in date – refund of 50% amount; cancellation within 30 days before the check-in date – no refund.
