The villa is located in a quiet part of the town of Rovinj, surrounded by greenery, in a place with beautiful beaches, crystal-clear sea, pristine nature, and a unique old-town core, 5-10 minutes' walk from Zlatni Rt Forest Park and the beautiful Rovinj beaches, and 10-15 minutes' walk from the Center of the Old Town Core. The accommodation consists of air-conditioned apartments built within a garden-park 1000m2 away, accommodating approximately 2 to 5 people, with views of the spacious, well-maintained garden and greenery where you can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere, beaches, walks, or cycling along the sea with a gentle breeze. For a fixed reservation, a deposit of 20 % of the total stay price must be paid in advance, with the remaining balance due on-site. Check-in to the apartments is after 14 hours, and guests are required to vacate the apartments by 10 hours upon departure.
Cancellation policy
Dear guests, welcome to our standalone Villa with a garden and greenery. To ensure your reserved accommodation, we will inform you about the cancellation policy. You have the option to cancel your reservation up to 30 days from your arrival date at our property, with a 100% refund of the paid deposit. If you cancel within 30 days, the deposit will be retained in full.
