About this stay
Olea Apartments are located in a quiet area of Baška in a family house surrounded by pines and greenery. A parking space for three cars is provided in the courtyard of the house. The property is located near a pebble beach (180 - 200 m) and a water park for children, as well as all necessary amenities such as a shop, bakery, and restaurants. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and SUP boards can be rented on the beach, and the picturesque old town of Baška is a 15-minute walk away. We offer 3 apartments: A 2+1, A 2+2, and A 4+2. All apartments are modern and fully equipped, featuring TV/Sat, air conditioning, grill, WiFi, and a balcony/terrace with a view of the sea or the town.

Payment and notes
To reserve an apartment, a deposit/down payment in the amount of 50-200 euros must be paid to the bank account, depending on the apartment and the length of stay. The remainder is paid upon arrival at the apartment. Payment is exclusively in cash. Arrival time is after 13 h, i.e., after the completion of cleaning the apartment, which depends on the departure time of the previous guests. Check-out is at 10 h. Any potential damage to the apartment will be charged subsequently.
Cancellation policy
The paid deposit is returned in exceptional circumstances (illness, business failure, earthquake, flood, death...)
