Our location is Veli Iž, a beautiful island near Zadar. If you want a vacation away from the crowds of the city, crowded beaches, noise, and stress, this is the destination for you. In the morning, when you wake up, you will feel the scent and freshness of the clean Adriatic Sea, just 5 minutes’ walk away. The place is small but special. It is characterized by numerous old streets, nature, the sea, a church whose bell ringing means you don’t need to check the time, 2 shops selling food and supplies, a couple of cafes where you can cool off with various drinks, and restaurants where you can indulge in island specialties and other delicious dishes. The apartments are comfortable and suitable for families with children as well as couples. They contain everything needed for a quality vacation. Everything is within easy reach. The center is a 7-minute walk away. You can use the built-in grill for preparing fish and meat. Parking is available in front of the house. Each apartment has a terrace for relaxation. Payment and notes
Payment can be made at the property; reservations can be made via email or mobile phone number. Check-in time is flexible after 10:00 in the morning, and check-out time is until 12:00. The deposit amounts to 10% of the total price.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel your stay at the accommodation up to 14 days before arrival, we will refund the deposit. Important: If you are unable to arrive, you are required to notify us at least 14 days in advance; otherwise, you will be required to pay the full price of the apartment, as someone else may have booked it in your place. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (cancellation on the day of arrival), you are required to pay at least 50 percent of the total stay price. Thank you for your understanding!
