The beach in front of the apartments is concrete, 50% in the shade. There is a parking lot in front of the property. There is also a large barbecue/oven/spit available for guests' free use, as well as a large table and benches in front of the barbecue. The village of Dobropoljana is 200m away. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the village center. In the center, there are 2 shops, a large well-maintained sandy beach, a first-class restaurant, and a small boat harbor. There is also space to moor a small boat in front of the property, and in the village of Dobropoljana, the boat can be placed on or removed from a trailer.

Payment and notes
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed. The reservation is charged immediately, with the remaining balance due upon arrival. No reservation fee applies if you book just before your arrival, provided we have an available slot. Upon arrival, an additional cleaning fee is charged, which will be refunded upon departure if the apartment is left in the same condition as it was at check-in. The additional fee for a pet is 10€ per night.
